ISO: Need Help For A Summer Gal's Night Out!

Misc.
The Women's Ministry at our church has a bi-monthly Gal's Night Out type event called "Just Friends". I am always looking for creative ideas to use as team building activities and icebreakers. Since it's summer, I'm thinking we could do something with food either indoors or out. I've done group pizza making and make your own sundaes... but am really looking for something new and different. Even a new theme other than Hawaiian or Mexican night would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated!
