The Calico Corn Relish can be used to garnish or accompany enchiladas.

The Stilton Cheese & White port soup can be used as a sauce over grilled fillet Mignon, over pork fillet or as a delicious component of a cheese sauce. Dont forget to heat the soup before adding it to the dishes.

The Frozen Seafood Blend, together with one (1) lb. extra large shrimps (peeled & deveined)are perfect for a Asopao (you can also add lobster, minced clams & scallops).

The Boneless Pink Salmon is perfect for a Salad using mayonnaise, cubed potatoes & Italian Dressing. You can add chopped onion, chopped celery & chopped red or green pimentos. Dont forget to add 2 tb. of Raspberry Balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper to taste. In Puerto Rico we prepare a delicious fast stew with the can, adding 2 tb. olive oil, 1/2 cup Italian Seasoning.

The Chopped Spinach is a Godsend for Dips or as filling for White sauce with cheese.
