Recipe: Spinach and Rice Casserole and more recipe suggestions (re: What would you make with thise items)
Recipe CollectionsI'm not familiar with these exact brand names, but I've got an idea of what they might be from a couple searches on the web.
Baxter's Stilton Cheese & White Port Soup
Several many frozen blocks of chopped spinach
Do a search for "#0812156 - it's very similiar to a recipe I've used in the past. You should be able to substitute the Cheese & Port Soup for a portion of the eggs, cheese, butter & milk. Might want to make it once according to the recipe and then make it a second time with the substition. I'd also make sure to drain the spinach well (I usually squeeze it as hard as possible to get all the moisture out)
Trader Joe's Frozen Seafood Blend
I wasn't able to find a good description of Trader Joe's Frozen Seafood but I'm guessing it's a mix of various shrimp, calamari, mussels, etc. If so, I'm thinking it'd make an excellent seafood gumbo. I'm sure there are lots of recipes on the site for that. Pick one that looks good.
Harry & David Calico Corn Relish
Chicken of the Sea Skin/Boneless Pink Salmon (Pouch & Can)
I've seen a recipe somewhere (can't find it now) for a Salmon Pate & Salsa that basically combined cooked salmon and softened cream cheese and mixed until it was a paste. Place in a mound in center of a place and cover with fresh salsa. I'm thinking the corn relish would also work. This would basically be an appetizer and spread over a chip or cracker of some type like toasted bagels chips, pita wedges, giant Wheat Thins, etc.
