Recipe: Sour Cream Chicken Breasts (3 ingredients)

SOUR CREAM CHICKEN BREASTS

4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Place chicken breasts in prepared dish.

Mix sour cream and (undiluted) chicken soup together then pour over chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake 1 hour, then remove the foil and return to oven and continue baking for 30 minutes more.

Makes 4 servings
