EASY CHICKEN AND WHATEVER
1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans Campbell's 98%fat free condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken gravy
Melt butter in a large skillet (I prefer cast iron). Add seasonings of your choice to melted butter.
Add chicken breasts and brown well over medium heat. As chicken begins to cook, cut into small chucked pieces and continue to cook until done.
Add soup and gravy to chicken in pan. Stir into pan drippings, mixture will turn golden color. Simmer until hot and bubbly.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and stir through.
If desired, serve with dumplings, over Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
