Recipe: Sourdough Starter

Sourdough Starter

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups warm water
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 T. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix well with wooden spoon. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let stand 2 to 3 days in warm place.
