PARTY SALMON LOAF
1(1lb) can salmon
8 oz. cream cheese-soften
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 liquid smoke
1/2 cup pecans
3 tbsp. parsley
Drain and flake salmon, remove skin & bones. Combine all ingredients except nuts & parsley. Mix well. Shape & roll in pecans & parsley mixture, Chill well & serve with crackers.
