DILL SAUCE FOR PASTA
"Here's a dill sauce that's good over spinach pasta for a change."
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh dill
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Hot cooked pasta (for serving)
Melt butter with garlic in pan. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt and pepper; stir until cheese is melted.
Reduce heat; add fresh dill and diced tomatoes.
Remove from heat and pour over hot cooked pasta.
