YUMMY DRESSING
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp sour cream
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable oil, chilled
In a blender or food processor combine garlic, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, parsley, salt, mustard, and pepper. With motor running, add oil in a slow stream. Blend until smooth. Store covered in fridge.
