Recipe: Spanish Chorizo Sausage

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon ground chili peppers
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork butt cubed
1 cup chopped onion

Combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper and chili peppers; sprinkle mixture over the meat in a large bowl. Toss until meat is well coated. Grind meat and onion alternately, using desired grind disc. Stuff into casings or make patties.
