You should substitute 1/2 the spelt flour called for in the recipe. Or use all spelt flour on the dough cycle and then remove, let rise and bake in the oven. The spelt will rise too quickly and make the loaf fall if you cook it in the panasonic machine. If you substitute 1/2 the amount, you can cook in the machine. Good luck!
