Yield: 8 servings

1/3 cup hot sauce -- or to taste
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup apricot jam
2 pounds chicken wing pieces
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Combine hot sauce, mustard, sesame oil, and vinegar. Stir 1/4 cup hot mixture into apricot jam. Reserve jam mixture for basting.

Place wings in large bowl. Pour remaining hot mixture over wings. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
