Recipe(tried): Steamed Crabs

Steve, #1 don't boil crabs - they need to be steamed! Put a rack in the pan add some water to the pan or beer, a tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning; place crabs into pot sprinking again with black pepper and Old Bay. Cover, weigh down lid, if you didn't paralize the crabs first (other wise they will try to get out. Bring pot to boil and steam for about 20 minutes. Maryland Blues will turn a bright reddish color. Enjoy.
