Recipe: Strawberry Jello Salad

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD

1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 cup applesauce
a few drops of lemon juice

Topping:
16 marshmallows
1 carton sour cream

Add 2 cups of boiling water to jello and stir until
dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and pour into pan that
will allow cutting jello into squares. Cover marshmallows in
sour cream and refrigerate for 24 hours. Whip until smooth.
Top jello with cream mixture.
