STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING

"A bit of honey perfectly balances puckery raspberry vinegar with sweet strawberries in this homemade dressing. Drizzle it over mixed salad greens of your choice and enjoy!"

FOR THE DRESSING:
1 (20 oz) package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
FOR THE SALAD:
Torn mixed greens and sliced onion

In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients for the dressing. Cover and process until smooth.

Serve over greens and onion. Store in the refrigerator.

Makes 3 cups
