GREEK PECAN COOKIES (KARIDATA)

1/2 lb. sweet butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 1/2 oz. brandy
3 cups flour, sifted (or as needed)
Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar, pecans, and brandy. Add flour to make a soft dough.
Form into balls or press flat and shape with cookie cutter; place on an ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 4 dozen
