Recipe: Stuffed Mushrooms (using low fat cream cheese)
Appetizers and Snacks Stuffed Mushrooms

40 medium mushrooms -- stems removed
1/4 cup margarine
8 ounces low fat cream cheese -- softened
5 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped chives
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Wash and dry mushrooms. Melt margarine and coat mushrooms. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Fill mushroom caps and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 F. These may be prepared and frozen; if so, add 5 minutes to the baking time.
