Recipe(tried): Substitute for Crisco

Misc.
Crisco now makes a trans fat free product. It comes in a green can instead of the familiar blue. I have used it for pie pastry and it tastes just like the way my mom used to make it. The thing about Crisco is that (at least here in Central California) it is about the same price as butter. I have substituted butter for Crisco with excellent results too.
