Hi Debi,
From what I understand, Hershey discontinued their raspberry baking bits. I really can't understand why since they seemed to be so popular!
For a substitute, melt semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips, then stir in raspberry flavoring or raspberry oil to taste. Spread the mixture on a foil or waxed paper lined baking sheet. When solid chop into chunks.
I've also had some success sealing chocolate chips in a ziploc baggie with a few drops of raspberry flavoring. Seal the bag and set aside for a few days. You can keep adding extract as it's absorbed to try to get additional flavor infused into the chips.
Or, of course, you can add raspberry flavoring right into your cookie dough.
I hope that's a help!
Happy Holiday Baking,
Betsy
