Recipe: Sugar Mixture for Sticky Muffins (re: Sticky Carrot Muffins)

STICKY MUFFINS

Warm 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, pour in the bottom of muffin cups, then add muffin batter and bake. Yum.
