Recipe(tried): Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Chicken for Two, Broccoli, Carrots and Water Chestnuts

When I was grocery shopping I saw this bottle of Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo and I knew immediately what I could use it for. Thus tonight we will enjoy:
Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Chicken
Broccoli, Carrots & Water Chestnuts
Mixed Greens Salad
Fresh Berry Bowl

Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Chicken
serves 2
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 bottle (16 oz.) Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo
1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 T. olive oil
Salt and pepper chicken breasts, butterfly them for easier and quicker cooking, heat oil in large skillet. Brown the chicken and at the last minute throw in the garlic and the sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for about 2 minutes taking care not to brown the garlic. Pour in about 1 cup of the alfredo sauce and blend well. Serve with the heated veggies.
Broccoli, Carrots and Water Chestnuts
1 baf of Bird's Eye Broccoli, Carrots & Water Chestnuts
1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1 t. Italian seasonings
Steam the veggies, serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and seasonings.
