Hi Fran:-) I just saw your post today. (I'm just a tad busy here, not unlike everyone else.) Here is the recipe you are looking for.
SUPER SPRITZ COOKIES
1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3 large egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
With electric mixer at high speed, cream butter until soft.
Add sugar gradually, continuing to cream about 5 minutes until light, fluffy.
Add egg yolks, vanilla; beat well.
Add flour in 3 additions; mix well by hand or with electric mixer after each addition; dough will be stiff.
Shape dough into two rolls; wrap in plastic film, foil or waxed paper; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Assemble Super Shooter; fill with cookie dough following directions. Fit desired Cookie Disc onto filled Barrel; attach Cap securely in place on Barrel.
Use Hi Speed; follow instructions for making cookies.
Bake 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees F., or until just starting to turn light golden around edges, being careful not to overbale.
Makes 6-7 dozen cookies.
