Recipe: Sweet Broccoli Slaw

Sweet Broccoli Slaw

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw mix

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Pour over broccoli slaw mix, stirring gently.

Cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
