Recipe(tried): Sweet Pepper Salad - Thank You: Dear Gladys, I made this for Dinner last night!

The Sweet Pepper Salad was so beautiful! I also used yellow peppers, since I had them in the fridge. It is gone except for the small serving I brought to work for my lunch today. This will be made often this summer!
