Sweet Potato and Pear Soup

3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 pear, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp each ground cumin and paprika
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp lime juice

1. In pot, combine all ingredients except lime juice.
2. Boil 15 minutes
3. Puree in blender until smooth.
4. Add lime juice, bring to a boil in pot, and serve. (you can also add 1 tsp of maple syrup at the end, if desired)
