I prepare them much as Hobbs' recipes (above) but when whipping them, add some orange juice instead of half the cream, nutmeg to taste, and fold in drained pineapple tidbits and drained mandarin oranges or cut-up fresh orange and then top the casserole by making a design of alternated mini-marshmallows and pecan halves before heating in the oven.
