Recipe(tried): Taco Salad

Staci: Never heard of Uncle Dan's dressing.
I have the following recipe using catalina dressing.

Taco Salad

1 lb of ground beef
1 package of taco bell seasoning mix
1 head of lettuce (shredded)
8 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 to 4 tomatoes seeded and chopped
1 vidalia onion chopped
1 bottle of catalina dressing
1 bag of fritos

Cook beef with taco seasoning mix. Chill for approximately 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients (except fritos) with chilled beef mixture. When ready to serve crush the fritos in small pieces and add to mixture. This is really a big hit at parties.
