Tender Pork Roast
3 to 4 lb pork roast
1/2 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
Place roast in your slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
