FRANK AND TATER DINNER

2 tablespoon margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
5 cups cooked potato slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 lb. pkg. frankfurters
Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings; add process cheese spread. Stir sauce until smooth.
Combine potatoes and peas and carrots; place in 11 3/4x7 1/2-inch baking dish. Arrange frankfurters on top; cover with process cheese spread sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings
