Recipe(tried): Kielbasa in a Crock Pot - Dearest Lisa: It is perfect for you to use your crockpot to
Main Dishes - Pork, HamDearest Lisa: It is perfect for you to use your crockpot to cook your kielbasa. You can put them without slicing, at LOW, for 6 to 8 hours or in high for 3 to 4 hours. You can add 1/4 cup of water, wine or chicken broth, but that is not a requirement. You must carefully watch your Kielbasa so that you can turn it to the side that needs browning; then continue cooking. After cooked you can slice it. Or you can slice it at the begginning & then the cooking time will be less.
