Sherry Chicken
6 chicken breasts - boneless and skinless
1/2 cup dry or cream sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
sliced almonds
Place the chicken breasts in bottom of your slow cooker. Mix together the sherry, soup and sour cream. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low heat. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
