Recipe: Orientburger Skillet (using condensed mushroom soup)

ORIENTBURGER SKILLET

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 cup quick-cooking rice (Minute Rice), uncooked
1 teaspoon soy sauce

In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening if necessary). Stir to separate meat; pour off fat.

Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until rice is done. Stir often.

Serve with additional soy. Garnish with radish roses and green onion curls if desired.

Makes 6 servings (1 cup each)
