Recipe: Thai Satay Bread (bread machine)

Thai Satay Bread (bread machine)

I just tried this bread machine recipe last night, and WOW!!! Wonderfull!! It was the perfect compliment to a Thai Lemon Chicken and Shrimp Tom Yom Soup dinner! Enjoy!

1 1/3 cups milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/4 tsp chile oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2/3 cups peanut butter (I used chunky. Perfect!)
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 cup minced fresh basil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 2/3 cups. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Place ingredients in pan as your machine directs.
