Breakfast and Brunch
TOASTY APPLE AND PEANUT TREAT

1 slice bread, toasted
2 tsp peanut butter
1/2 medium apple, thinly sliced*
Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp raisins

Spread peanut butter on toast. Place apple slices on top of peanut butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey (a squeeze bottle works well for small hands).

Broil 3 minutes. Sprinkle raisins on top. Broil 1 more minute. Serve warm.

*Apple slices will keep for one day pre-cut if tossed with apple juice in a plastic container in the refrigerator.
