Recipe(tried): Tonight we had a simple stew.....

Menus

I took a frozen roast, cut up a bag of carrots into large hunks, added
several potatoes cut into hunks and added 3 pkgs of Au Jus and
water and placed all of it into a large roasting pan.It was delicious
I rounded it out by serving a salad and rolls.Very simple. It cooks
for only 2 hrs on 350.I had Au Jus juice left over after the meal
so I combined that with the leftover speghetti sauce I had and
made stock for minestrone!I hate to waste anything!:)
