Recipe(tried): Too Many Tomatoes Sauce

Misc.

Here is an easy recipe that my family really likes!

2 large onions
3 cloves garlic
1/3 C olive oil
Saute together for 10 minutes.

15 large tomatoes (more or less)
Peel (submerge in hot water, then cold--skins will peel off). Add to pot.

2 cups red wine (old or cheap wine is fine)
12 oz tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2-3 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
Add to pot, brin to boil, then simmer 1 hour (more or less) uncovered.

This freezes very well!!
