Ok, this recipe is to die for. It takes a bit of time, but
is well worth it.

I'm giving you the site, because the person who developed
it has only given permission for the recipe to be posted

In your post you mentioned a white dessert sauce on which
the mousse was placed. It's likely a sweetened whipped
cream or else a creme fraiche (made like this: soften a 3-oz.
pkg. of cream cheese, and then beat 'til smooth. Add 3 oz.
of sour cream and 1-2 Tb. of sugar (to taste). It's a great
sweet-tart sauce which balances well with the chocolate mousse.
