Amy...hope this helps...I visited the chat board today for the first time..what
a great bunch!! A sweet lady from the UK named Lisa gave us the answer! I
wanted to share her funny answer to me with you..Hope your anniversary is just
as beautiful as the night you became engaged!!

3 1/2 ounces cream,= a third of a cup

1/2 sachet gelatin, = yes! half an envelope

1 ounce water...= a quarter cup

wanna know how i did this????

i got a measuring jug - put in some water to the right measure, poured it into
the WONDERFUL measuring cups that Nan SC sent me and then wrote it here for
you!! Dh has sat watching me run back and forth from 'puter to kitchen
wondering what on EARTH I am doing!! *lol* no change there then.
