Hi Shirl, I made a loaf of basic bread in my machine and just added 2 teaspoons of mixed italian seasonings and it came out great. You can also add nuts grated cheese and so on. I am jusst like my Mom a little of this and a little of that. I give up!! All foccacia bread is a flat bread that is made by italians, others can make it into a loaf and call it foccacia I guess.
