Thank You: Theresa, thanks for your tips ..(more)

Misc.

Yes, I love adding things to my recipes (and that is, I guess why I hate to give them to people! I'm never sure exactly what i put in them - unless I'm working on a new recipe for a cooking contest, etc.... then I take notes!)

Today I made a different focaccia dough in the ABM - besides the 'regular' stuff it had 2 large shredded wheat biscuits - a little molasses and some whole wheat flour - plus coarsely ground black pepper. After it rose and I made the dimple indentations - I brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with another teaspoon of coarse black pepper and same of coarse salt. It just came out and smells good! Can't wait to cut in and see! But I want it to cool first. Haven't tasted it, but am thinking it will be honey instead of molasses next time .... ah me. I do like the idea of the shredded wheat biscuits tho -- as I crumble them up in a lot of things.
