Recipe: Tunisian Simple but Great Salad

Tunisian Simple but Great Salad

Ingredients:

2 European style cucumbers
3 Large very red ripe tomatoes
1 Small to medium onion
1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil
2 Large lemons
Salt to taste

Directions:

Dice up the cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes. Mix in a bowl with the juice of the lemons, add olive oil, and salt to taste.

Serves: 2
