Recipe(tried): Turkey Salad Sandwich

Turkey salad is very much like tuna salad...

Turkey Salad Sandwich

3 cups cubed/chopped cooked chicken
1 cup Real or Light mayonnaise or Low Fat
1/4 cup sliced green onions (see below)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 Dashes pepper

Mix everything.

If you do not have green onions on hand, you could use onion powder or finely
chopped regular onions.

This is also good if you add chopped nuts (waluts or almonds are good)

You can also fancy this up by adding halfed green grapes (yum)

This can also be made with cream cheese rather than mayonnaise
