Micheline, When I married my husband 31 years ago, he brought to the marriage a tradition from his family that quickly became a favorite in our family. We make turkey tacos the day after Thanksgiving, using the shredded meat from the turkey - white and dark, makes no difference - adding picante sauce or salsa and heating it in a pan. Just make your tacos as usual, with onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, what have you - and they are GREAT! Sure is an easy way to use up the leftovers.
