Recipe(tried): Here is recipe for Turkey Cranwich!

Sandwiches

An invention of a now-gone restaurant here on Cape Cod -- home of the cranberry....
Turkey Cranwich
Hamburger rolls ( one for each person, or more, if they are big eaters!)
Slice rolls thru the middle, horizontally, and toast cut sides lightly in broiler.
Lightly brush toasted rolls with mayonnaise, if you like it.
Layer as follows:- sliced turkey (amount up to you), sliced canned cranberry sauce; and topped with criss-crossed strips of cheddar cheese. Put back under broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly and everything is hot.
Enjoy with knife and fork. Really good accompaniment is cole slaw.
Happy memories of the BIG TURK!!!
