Recipe(tried): Twice Baked Potatoes

Menus

Page, your potatoes sound more healthy than mine! For aprox. 4 potatoes, I use one pint of sour cream, 1/2 stick of butter, one pint of cottage cheese, and a package of green onion dip mix. Slice off the tops of the potatoes, flake the potatoe out with a fork. Mix in the butter, melted, and remaining ingredients. Refill potatoes and top w/grated cheese and bacon if I have it. Heat in a 350 F
25 min. My kids love these. We have cut them into bite size pieces for teen parties.
