1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 pkg. of dry ranch dressing mix
Small zucchini, summer squash, cut in strips
Cucumber and carrots, cut in strips
Celery in strips
Mix together cottage cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, and ranch dressing mix; refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
Arrange vegetables on plate with dip in center and stand back!
