Recipe(tried): Vidalia Onion Biscuits - Debbie, these were great!!!

I made the Vadalia Onion Biscuits for lunch today, thanks so much for posting this great recipe. I didn't have any canned biscuits so I used low-fat bisquick mix and kneaded the dough as instructed in the package directions.(I was out of skim milk, too, so used skim evap and water).They were wonderful! Do you mince your onions? I think you would get very different results depending on the size of onion pieces. Thanks again!
