Recipe: Vidalia Onion Biscuits

Vidalia Onion Biscuits

1 large vidalia onion, chopped
1 can biscuits, your choice
grated cheddar cheese

Spray muffin pan with Pam; press one biscuit into each muffin space, pulling dough up the sides. Fill about 3/4 full with onions and bake at temperature directed on biscuit can for 10 minutes. Pull out of oven, and sprinkle grated cheese over top (as much as desired). Put back in oven and bake until brown and bubbly.
