Carol, I found this in the Weight Watchers New Program Cookbook from 1972:
PEACH CUSTARD
1 slice raisin bread, torn into small pieces
1 medium peach, peeled and sliced
1 cup skim milk
1 medium egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Make a layer of bread in a 1-pint baking dish. Arrange peach slices over bread.
Combine remaining ingredients in a blender container and process; pour over peach slices and bread.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is set.
Makes 1 morning or midday meal serving.
