White Bean Chicken Chili - Good Stuff

I wanted to share this with others since it's cool or cold pretty much everywhere now that its officially winter. This is to die for and is a must to try!
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 medium white onion chopped
1 small can of chopped green chilies
2 cans of white great northern beans
2 cans of chicken broth
1 cup of water (add 1/2 to 1 cup more if you think it looks like it needs more)
4-5 chicken breasts
2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoon of oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Boil Chicken in a pot of water & 1 teaspoon of salt for at least 20-30 min. (check to make sure center isn't pink and after 30 min. if it is cook for another 10-15 min).
In the mean time, saut onion until brown and then add chilies & seasonings. Stir until blended.
When chicken is done pour chicken in a strainer and run cool water over it. You can either let the chicken cool, which will take longer or keep running cool water over it. You will need to tear bit size pieces apart and put into pot.
Then, stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
